There are a few books on spiritual emergence and related topics. I hope to include a descriptive line in time so you can know more about the contents of these publications.
Some of the best, and most immediate help is available on the net.
When surfing the net, particularly when reading people's blogs and experiences please note well: most people write when they are going through stuff. When they are exalted and in touch with God they are invariably too immersed in it, enjoying the experience, or are not sufficiently in their mental 'left brain' to write about it. So what you get is a rather biased perspective - there is more written about negative experiences than positive, whereas in reality there is more positivity being experienced through spiritual openness than difficulty.
